The hotel's rooms are in need of updating and were very mediocre. They were full of EU plugs, which made it challenging to charge devices. There was only one usable plug for charging phones, using the kettle, and warming our baby's bottle.
The hotel provided a large room with a separate dressing area, a lovely big bed, and a fridge with complimentary water bottles; however, the check-in was delayed until late afternoon and the decor was outdated. The daily cleaning was thorough, and fresh towels were always available.
The hotel offers a stunning sea view and beach access. The rooms are extremely outdated and poorly lit but provide a basic stay. Service could be more welcoming to guests of Chinese descent and need improvement in handling large groups. The location is ideal, right on the beach and close to the airport. The dining experience needs to improve in catering to all dietary needs, especially for vegetarians. The hotel facilities are average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were somewhat outdated with issues like a fuzzy TV and weak WiFi, but the service was top-notch with responsive staff who went above and beyond. The location was superb, right on a beautiful cove beach, yet the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel was very close to the reception and the rooms were booked for six of our family members. The rooms looked very outdated compared to the photos online, and the stairs up to the rooms were pretty steep, so we always had to be careful when coming down.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were not exactly as described on Booking and were ready late in the afternoon, but they were spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the beach and water. The service was exceptional, with the staff at reception going out of their way to ensure an earlier check-in to accommodate our early departure time. The location of the resort made a great first impression, with lovely beach umbrellas and even the chance to witness leatherback turtles. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of fruit options in the meal preparations. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the option of having meals right by the beach. The facilities were good, but there were a couple of downsides to consider.
The hotel is in a convenient location by the beach with friendly service, but the rooms need updating and have limited amenities. Dining options are good but slow, and prices are reasonable.
